Data collected

When you send a booking request, we collect: your name, phone, email, your WhatsApp number if you provide it, the selected vehicle, requested dates and locations, and any note you add.

Purposes

• Process your booking request and check vehicle availability.
• Contact you back to confirm the booking, arrange delivery or answer your questions.
• Prevent spam and abuse on the form (rate limiting based on a technical fingerprint of the IP address).

Storage

Requests are stored in a secure database. Notification emails go through a transactional email provider. WhatsApp contact is established through the WhatsApp application.
